FILMS
- Coated APET (Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate) is known for its toughness, vacuum formability, and gas and moisture barrier properties. Coated APET is ideal for high-performance and high-quality packaging. Highly versatile, it can be sterilised with both Gamma and EtO.
- BNE (Polypropylene/Nylon/LLDPE) is a coextruded film with exceptional thermoformable properties and puncture resistance. It offers a robust packaging solution, excellent clarity, and is suitable for sterilisation with EtO.
- DS-X (Nylon/LDPE/LLDPE) is a cast coextrusion film with an innovative composition that allows thinner gauges to be employed—helping medical device manufacturers meet future environmental regulations. Highly versatile and sterilizable with both Gamma and EtO.
- EPP (Polypropylene/Polyolefin Blend/LLDPE) is a highly cost-effective, multi-layer cast coextruded film, recommended for EtO sterilisation. It has excellent formability and seals well to uncoated medical papers.
- OPET/PE (Oriented Polyester/Polyester/Polyethylene) is a laminated film designed for heat sealing to itself or other suitable substrates. It is printable and suitable for sterilisation with both Gamma and EtO.
- Tyvek, from DuPont, is a 100% synthetic material made from high-density spunbound polyethylene fibres. Lightweight, durable and breathable, yet resistant to water, abrasion, bacterial penetration and aging. Tyvek® enhances a variety of applications across multiple industries.
PAPERS
- GCP (Grid Lacquer Coated Paper, including 100gsm heavy weight) is an airborne bacteria penetration resistant barrier of medical grade paper coated on one side for heat sealing. It is printable and can be customised to your company’s needs. Highly versatile, it can be sterilised with both Gamma and EtO.
- KDS (Sterikraft G) is a direct seal medical paper specially designed for medical packaging. It is suitable for pouches or lidding for thermoformed packs and trays, where the untreated paper is heat sealed against a thermoplastic film. Highly versatile, it can be sterilised with both Gamma and EtO.
