Medical Peel Pouches
Boss Pouches manufactures and supplies ISO certified flat, heat-sealing medical peel pouches, with materials specified for EtO and gamma sterilisation. Standard sizes are available as well as bespoke options. Our pouches are manufactured using Grid Lacquer Coated Paper combined with OPET12/PE40 film, with 100gsm Grid Lacquer Coated Paper options also offered. Bespoke designs can incorporate Tyvek®, BNE, and other medical-grade substrates. Material choices range from premium to value-engineered to meet your requirements.
Pneumatic Constant Heat Sealers
We supply pneumatic constant heat sealers designed for applying consistent closing seals to flat medical peel pouches. Our sealers deliver reliable performance with precise temperature control, producing consistent seals suitable for EtO and gamma sterilisation, fully compliant with regulatory standards.
Validation & Testing Services
We offer seal validation services for both our own pouches and for customers who apply closing seals to purchased or self-produced pouches. Testing is performed in-house using our Mecmesin MultiTest 0.5-dv, ensuring rapid, reliable turnaround. Services include seal strength testing, seal width validation and meticulous visual inspection, Certificates of Conformance, and full test reports for audit and validation purposes. All testing is conducted in accordance with EN868-7:2017 and EN868-5:2018 standards.
